ARLA Propertymark & NAEA Membership
What is this?
ARLA Propertymark is the Association of Residential Letting Agents and NAEA Propertymark is the National Association of Estate Agents. “Propertymark regulate members’ activity according to a code of conduct and rules, with disciplinary action for instances of non-compliance.
Propertymark are dedicated to promoting the highest industry standards. Propertymark want consumers to look for the logo that means their money is protected, ensures complaints are dealt with and guarantees agents are independently regulated. By using a Propertymark Protected member you are guaranteed to be consulting with a professional who will give you up-to-date advice and guidance.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO)
What is this?
“Founded in 1990, TPO is a government approved scheme to provide independent redress in relation to disputes between consumers and property agents. TPO is a not-for-profit independent company. The Ombudsman provides redress, where appropriate, to consumers whose complaints are considered on a case by case basis.”
